Join Marie for Tween Yoga! This class will explore a sequence of poses and breath with the purpose of empowering students to feel confident and positive. This class will offer 45min of movement through the poses, 5 min Savasana (relaxation) and 10 minutes of discussion and journaling.
Kids will gain a greater sense of body awareness, develop healthy breathing patterns, and will have the opportunity to relish in the joy of their own creativity, flexibility and ability to form friendships. Yoga for kids is a fun way to develop important skills in a fun, non-competitive environment. This nurtures inner strength and self-acceptance.
