"I'm not a yoga person." What is a "yoga person" to you? Someone who carves out time to move their body from stagnancy, to breathe deeper to calm stress and tension, to connect to deeper purpose in being vs. doing. This can be you, too! Who are you becoming?
"I'm not flexible." A wise teacher once said that's like saying you're too dirty to take a shower. Being flexible in mind and body is the byproduct of practicing yoga!
"I can't do that." If you can breathe, you can practice yoga. Yoga is accessible and intended to be a lifestyle practice for all seasons of life. We offer props, modifications and freedom to choose as part of every class.
Please join together with Brenda for this special private and complimentary class offering for members-only of the Peak Integrative Medicine Community! This class will customized for those new to yoga and will include basic poses, breath work and deep relaxation. Come with an open mind and curiosity to try something new!

What to bring: We have yoga mats to use at the studio or you're welcome to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothes. We practice barefoot, but if you're more comfortable in socks, great.
