Through this 7-week series, we will explore the 7 major chakras, or energy centers of the body. Join Brenda in this grounding all-levels Yin Yoga practice, designed to explore the subtle body. Each week will build upon the last and explore the characteristics of each chakra and its location in the body, mudras (hand gestures), Yin Yoga poses, and breath techniques that correspond to each energy center.
The practice will leave you feeling connected, centered and balanced. All levels welcome. Regular class rates apply.
