If you’re new to yoga and find it helpful to have a class specifically on the basics, this is for you.
If you’ve been practicing and want to refine the basics, this is for you.
You don’t need a yoga mat (we have extra!). You don’t need a certain outfit. You don’t need to know anything about yoga at all. All you need is a sense of curiosity and try something new!
Weekend #1 - January, 11th - The Beginner Series: Building A Foundation
Weekend #2 - January 18th - The Beginner Series: Standing and Balance
Weekend #3 - January 25th - The Beginner Series: Weaving the Threads
Weekend #1 will focus on how our joints, connection points with the earth, and cultivate breath awareness.
Weekend #2 will focus on standing and balance postures often seen in class with pranayama woven throughout practice.
Weekend #3 will connect all the dots and leave you feeling curious, prepared, and excited to explore your own practice.
Exchange: $18 for drop in or $45 for series of 3
