Allyson, licensed massage therapist and owner of Farr Out Wellness – Medical Massage and Functional Bodywork, and Beth Fligge, will bring massage, meditation and communal beading to YogaBYoga.

The evening will begin with meditation, followed by 10 minute personal massage sessions, and meditative beadwork. We will create jewelry from a communal bead bowl, as we intentionally weave our lives together, conscious of the luminosity of being!

If you have beaded jewelry that you no longer wear, we would love to add your beads to the communal bead bowl!
